About LA Football League

Where you from?

It's a question asked countless times everyday around the world.

If you are on our site, the answer is probably LA. If you really think about it though, people rarely say they are from LA.We are all about our neighborhoods. Where it is the influence of Hollywood or the diversity and neighborhood pride, people tend to claim their HOOD as where they are from, not LA. For eight years, I was from Venice Beach. Before that, I was from West Hollywood and Hollywood. Now I am from Westchester (LAX, not NY).

We started this brand to fill the void left when the NFL left LA in 1994, the year I moved to LA. It turns out, we're really not about football at all. We tap into that fandom that sports fans have for their teams, specifically football fans, as our inspiration for creating LA neighborhood and sports themed designs that we think extend beyond the city or county limits.

Our shirts

We print all of our shirts on Next Level blanks. The shirts are fashion fit and have a very soft feel to them, similar to American Apparel t-shirts, but they are slightly less expensive, so we can offer our shirts at a reasonable price.

We use two different printing methods, screen printing and direct to garment, to maximize the styles we are able to offer. Each style has its advantages and disadvantages and we select the method that is most appropriate for the individual shirt. Each shirt is tagged with the printing method used for that design.

Each shirt also contains a care label and washing instructions, but below are a few overall tips. Follow the tips and your shirt will last a long time with the same bright looking design.

Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle

Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting

Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry

No-Nos: Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.

Whether you are from LA, dream of living in LA or are just passing through, we are sure you will find a shirt you'll love.
